Appointments can be scheduled by calling us at (440) 234-7773 or by submitting an online request. Most outpatient appointments are made for 30 minutes.

Here is what you need to know for your appointment:

Leash or carrier: Keep your pet on a leash or in a carrier while at the hospital.
Records: Bring any previous medical and vaccination history records.
Specimen sample: For annual wellness exams, bring a small, fresh stool sample for a parasite check. Remember to bring any other sample if you have been instructed to do so.
Special instructions: Be sure to remember any special instructions you may have been given at the time the appointment was made.
Questions: Bring a list of questions so that all your concerns can be addressed during the 30 minutes of time allotted for the appointment.
Check-in forms: Arrive 5 minutes early to complete a registration, questionnaire or hospital admission form or complete the online forms ahead of time.
Contact information: Be prepared to provide emergency contact information if your pet is being admitted to our hospital.
Special needs: Please call us upon arrival if you need help bringing your pet into our hospital or inform us of any special need you may have,
Payment: Be prepared to pay by cash, check or any major credit card. for services at the time they are completed.
Cancellation: Please call at least 24 hrs, before an appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule it.
